New Paediatric Service

Candover Clinic are now offering a new paediatric respiratory service. As part of this service we now offer FeNO (fractional exhaled nitric oxide) and Spirometry tests to help diagnose and monitor paediatric lung conditions.

Spirometry:

–  A lung function test that measures how well a child inhales and exhales

– Can detest if a child’s airways are inflamed or narrowed

– Can help diagnose and monitor conditions like asthma and COPD

FeNO:

– A non-invasive test that measure the amount of nitric oxide in a child’s breath

– Can help diagnose and monitor asthma

– Can indicate inflammation in a child’s airways
